Call to tech support:
"hi, yes I'm installing this printer and was hoping you could give me the phone number for Jack?"
"Sorry, but who is Jack?"
"I don't know --- the instructions just say "PLUG PRINTER INTO FAX AND TELEPHONE JACK."
